Banana, Strawberry and Chocolate Shake

A healthy refreshing drink made from ripe banana, strawberry, and chocolate. Banana and strawberries are very healthy and ideal option for growing kids. Banana has a lot of nutrients and strawberry is a good source of vitamin C.

Shakes are very easy and quick drinks to make by any age group.  It is a good option for breakfast as well; just have one glass of shake and fill your tummy instantly.

 Variations: I have added Banana, strawberries, and chocolate. You can make many variations with these combos like you can add strawberry ice cream or vanilla ice cream in it. I have added whole milk but for the vegan option, can use almond milk, cashew milk or coconut milk as well.

Ingredients

  • Ripe banana 1
    Fresh strawberry 7-8
    Chocolate syrup 1 tbsp.
    Milk 1 ½ cup

Method

Step 1

Peel and cut the ripe banana. Rinse and drain the strawberry and slice off the green leaf and cut it into 4 halves. In the blender add banana, strawberry and chocolate syrup

Step 2

Blend it once then add milk and blend to make a smooth consistency.

Pour into glass and serve cold.

Notes

  1. 1. My strawberries are very sweet so did not add sugar/honey. You can add 1 tbsp. of sugar/honey if needed.
  2. 2. You can add little ice cream too.
  3. 3. I have chilled milk so did not add any ice but you can add few ice cubes to make it cold.  Don’t add much otherwise shake will not give you creamy taste.
